Elegant and Memorable Dining Experience

I had the good fortune to dine several times in the past couple of months at the absolutely beautiful, Le Paon in Palm Desert. 

Le Paon combines “old world” elegance with Contemporary French Cuisine to provide you with the special dining experience you are looking for.

This award-winning, 4-star Contemporary French Cuisine Restaurant is owned and staffed by the renowned Babai brothers. Executive Chef Eddie Babai was trained in classical cooking at the Cordon Bleu in Paris and at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. General Manager and Maitre d’ Antoine Babai was twice nominated Restauranteur of the Year Award by the California Restaurant Writers Association.

Prix Fix Menu

I enjoyed the Beet Salad and Deep Sea Scallops in a white wine cream saffron sauce the prior visit and the Prix Fix Menu this last week. I enjoyed the Stuffed Artichoke Bottom, Salad Le Paon, Filet of Sole and Grand Marnier Souffle. The Prix Fix menu is a bargain at $45.00. My dinner mates enjoyed Hearts of Palm salad, Tomato and Onion salad, Deep Sea Scallops and Tournedos Neptune. Absolutely everything was done to perfection. I can honestly say I've never had anything less than steller at Le Paon, be it appetizers in the bar pre theater or dinner in the gorgeous dining room.
