My husband Bill and I enjoyed spending a few hours at the Arts Festival on Sunday. After enjoying the art, jewelery and people watching we headed to the 'restaurant row' section of the festival and enjoyed some BBQ. If you missed it, you'll want to put this annual event on your March calendar for next year.
