It’s a fact that the average Realtor completes just seven real estate transactions per year. In my opinion it’s hard to stay on top of things professionally if you only work at it just a few times each year. The average Realtor wouldn’t see as many communities and properties and they certainly would not have much experience negotiating transactions on behalf of clients.
