Community Overview
PGA West Legends homes are located on several scenic golf holes of the semi-private Nicklaus Tournament course and the private Weiskopf course. The Legends community features its own gated entrance on Madison Street. Legends homes were built from 2000 to 2006 making them some of the newest offerings at PGA West.

The Legends community feature single family homes and includes an association pool and spa. Legends HOA dues also include front yard landscape maintenance, cable TV and trash pickup.

The masterfully designed Nicklaus Tournament course is one of the only courses in the world to feature two island greens. The large and undulated double-green on 9 and 18 holes are perfectly viewed from the Stadium Clubhouse. Relax and enjoy your lunch while watching fellow golfers attempt to hit their approach shots over the water onto the double greens.

Once tied with PGA West's Stadium Course for the highest slope rating (150) in all of Southern California, the Nicklaus Tournament continues to play co-host to PGA TOUR Qualifying Finals. Nicknamed by members as the Nick Tourney, it is both forgiving off the tee and quite demanding on and around the greens, making for a great day of golf.
