Mountain View Country Club Overview

The fairways of Arnold Palmer's 18-hole signature golf course afford every home a picturesque golf course or sparkling lake view, or a mountain view of the scenic Santa Rosa or Chocolate Mountains.

Interestingly, the Mountain View Country Club location was originally planned as an extension of The Citrus Golf Club, located just across Jefferson Street. A golf cart tunnel had been built to connect the two properties as a planned second 18 holes of golf for the Citrus. Plans changed and the site was sold to, and developed by, Toll Brothers, a national builder of luxury golf and gated communities.

Property owners at Mountain View Country Club are required to hold either a golf or social/fitness membership. Golf memberships include unlimited golf access, use of driving range and practice facilities, as well as all social and fitness activities.

Social memberships (recently $364 monthly) include use of the clubhouse, dining, tennis courts, pool/spa, fitness and aerobics rooms. Social membership is mandatory for all home owners.
