Community Overview
Opened in 1981, The Club at Morningside is Jack Nicklaus' first desert course. This links style course features beautiful sculpted fairways, bentgrass greens and water on 12 holes. The 18-hole course features 6,773 yards of golf (from the longest tees) for a par of 72. The course rating is 72.7 and its slope rating is 127.
Morningside offers both golf and social memberships. Club amenities include extensive tennis facilities, a new fitness center, eight community pools/spas, and ten lakes.
The recently renovated clubhouse offers impressive views of the 12th and 18th holes, as well as the beautiful Santa Rosa Mountains. Clubhouse amenities include formal and informal dining and convenient home delivery. The clubhouse also serves as a community and member gathering place for a wide variety of social events.
Real Estate Opportunities at Morningside
The Morningside community was developed between ’83 and ’94. Several phases featuring a wide variety of floor plans were built during this period. Floor plans range from 2,900 to over 5,000 square feet. A few custom homes were also developed that offer over 6,000 square feet of living space.
