The current Indian Springs Country Club golf course was redesigned and completely rebuilt in 2000. A new master planned community featuring Indian Springs Country Club homes was developed starting in '02.

Homes at Indian Springs were developed on both the east and west sides of Jefferson Street, with two main entry gates on Jefferson for residents and their guests.
