Community Overview
Enclave Mountain Estates is a collection of 32 custom estate homes located behind private gates within La Quinta Resort. Homes are situated on and around several golf holes and a lake of the resorts Pete Dye designed Mountain Course. Home owners can take advantage of resort amenities including room service, laundry service and resort charging privileges.

Real Estate Opportunities
Custom estate homes at the Enclave were built from '93 through '06. A few custom estate lots are available for your own custom home. Enclave homes range in size from about 3,000 to over 7,000 square feet. Estate home architecture varies from contemporary to Spanish and Tuscan. Most Enclave Mountain Estate homes offer golf and/or mountain views.
