Desert Princess Country Club, Cathedral City

Our marketing team spent a recent morning at Desert Princess Country Club. They shot about 100 images and have added Desert Princess to our website.

Desert Princess is one of the most affordable gated communities in the Coachella Valley. It is located adjacent to Palms Springs Airport. Resale condos and single-family 'villas' are available both on and off the golf course with most being located on leased Indian land. Recent annual lease payments range from $1100 to $1500 in addition to monthly HOA dues.
