“I have always been very comfortable with any type of client. I enjoy helping people. I have high-end clients, but also specialize in the mid and lower ranges, as well. I do not discriminate when it comes to clients, and am happy to assist anyone and within any price range.”
Tennis is Sheri’s game; she also works out six days a week which helps her remain energized and able to keep up with her busy schedule. She is a fitness and tennis member of La Quinta Resort and the Citrus Club, La Quinta.

The Big Move
Prior to co-founding her desert real estate business with her husband Bill, Sheri was a top producer in the outdoor media divisions of CBS/Viacom and Clear Channel Outdoor Advertising in Los Angeles, where she negotiated hundreds of complex real estate contracts with property owners.
“I was raised on a dairy farm in nearby Hemet. After capturing the Miss California title I high tailed it to Newport Beach, San Francisco and finally LA, to do some modeling and acting. While paying the bills for acting, I worked with Wolfgang Puck at the Original Spago Restaurant in Hollywood, and with Jeremiah Tower at Stars in San Francisco. Serving clients has always been enjoyable and a great education.”

As a Buyer Specialist, Jonell works almost exclusively with many of our buyer clients, specializing in a number of desert communities. Jonell has a talent for making the process of viewing and comparing properties enjoyable.
A native Californian, Jonell previously worked in corporate hospitality consulting, evaluating Five Diamond and Five Star hotel and resort properties to improve customer service and facilities. Jonell and her husband relocated to Kohler, Wisconsin for 22 years where they owned and managed airport and aircraft operations, and became a top national dealer for Cessna Aircraft until successfully selling Magnus Aviation and returning to the desert. Jonell’s 19-years of customer service led her on her path to becoming a Realtor in ’04. Jonell and Sheri work closely with each buyer client with the goal of exceeding their expectations. Jonell and her family are residents of Rancho La Quinta Country Club.

An entrepreneur and marketing professional for nearly three decades, Bill built a successful online direct-response company (PSSL.com) that he successfully sold in ’04. Bill’s marketing leadership at PSSL resulted in his company receiving over 25,000 monthly inbound sales inquires to his 60 person sales staff. In recent years, Bill has focused on the marketing and advertising of resort lifestyle real estate.
As the Director of Sales and Marketing, Bill oversees business planning, budgeting, marketing and advertising for Sheri and her team. Bill also offers marketing consulting services to a variety of companies and service professionals in several industries throughout North America.

Our Transaction Coordinators are responsible for managing and monitoring each transactions process once an escrow account is opened. Kristen, Marlene and Shari maintain all escrow files and the production, coordination and processing of all information and documents pertaining to the escrow of each property. As each escrow progresses, our 'TC's' interface with clients, vendors and the rest of our real estate team, making the escrow process as easy as possible. Their attention to detail allows the team to focus on client service while maintaining quality control of each escrow process.

Judy oversees each and every escrow to ensure that the escrow process runs smoothly. She reviews contracts, disclosures and physical inspections with each buyer or seller client. Judy is always available for questions regarding the escrow process and keeps clients informed throughout escrow.
